Code a Forex EA

Hello Freelancers. I am looking for a coder to code an EA for me. Based on specifications for Metatrader 4. I also have a few kinks that, I am still working out this with strategy and require someone who is able to think outside the box.. and most importantly Problem Solve. Need to be able to communicate with me, if you cant answer questions or communicate properly do not bid please. I will message all interested applicants before awarding jobs to have a discussion on the matter. I am looking for someone who can code the EA and also help to problem solve and prefect it. It requires to have options in the input to be able to tweak certain things along with arrows whenever a signal is generated based on the specifications. I understand this is ambiguous description of the job.. There is a certain amount of details, and posting it here will just be confusing -- This are things that need to be discussed and explained. We can always re-adjust the bid and anything else.. So nothing is binding until something is worked out between me and the coder. So please apply if you are interested.
