AR with Kinect and 3D Development

We are looking for C developers who have experience with Augmented Reality and Kinect. We want to build an application that uses kinect to interact with an AR object derived from a FBX file of 3dmax. The software should have interaction as rotate, zoom, tilt , day night vision , weather vision. More info will be provided on contact. Budget can be discussed after contact. We need it asap. Anyone who has experience in this area, its just a simple project. We will provide the 3dMax FBX file for the project.
