Hello, Arduino's are an amazing platform to make the first prototype electronics for a project or product, however there comes a time when the Arduino board may be getting in the way of advancing your prototype. Perhaps you have a very specific shape for your product, and you need the Arduino to fit inside, or perhaps you have lots of other electronics modules or circuits on a breadboard, and you want everything to be on a single custom Arduino, or perhaps custom shield. Hi dear I designed a system in which i monitor the current and voltage of battery bank and through wifi i post the voltage and current on an online free server named "Thingsspeak". You can search for the server. It shows the output in graphical and numerical form on the user channel. I can do your project in 4 days since i have hardware with me. I will measure PV voltage through a voltage divider circuit and current through ACS712 hall effect current sensor. For light sensitivity i will use tsl2561 sensor. For wifi connection i will use esp8266 wifi module. About me: I am a professional PCB and Circuit Designer. I designed many circuits and their PCB's. I also do programming of microcontrollers and their interfacing with different electronics components. I have experience with Pic,8051, Arduino, Atmel etc microcontrollers. Your project requires a very straight forward design flow. We will have an MPPT tracker for your PV cells to maximise harvest ( preferably spv series from ST microelectronics), a battery charging and monitoring system for your batteries (i'm thinking Li-ion 18650 Cells, and DS2764, LTC4066 for Battery management and charging). An external light sensor/ ADC for your readings. We will use XBee to connect to the WIFI, and a local area net page for your readings and graphs. Obviously everything will be interfaced via Arduino(though it'll be helpful if you specify which arduino series you have for, pin configuration and all). I have already worked on a similar Photovoltaic design for my Satellite project under Indian Space Research Organisation, so i have pretty much the electronic design ready, just need to configure it to your needs.
