Based on [url removed, login to view] (C++) or [url removed, login to view] (Delphi) (both Open Source):

I need a software that can extract information/meta data of a .exe/.dll/.ocx/etc. file. It should not contain any GUI but must be usable over command line interface, for example calling the following in [url removed, login to view]:

[url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]

Will output (in stdout) all the gathered information - parsable (if not too complicated as json).

Specs/Requirements (ExeInfo from nirsoft is already pretty good, but is missing):

* needs CLI (remove all GUI)

* needs to support 32/64bit extraction

* needs to work on windows xp - windows 8.1 (32 or 64bit versions)

* needs (new feature) to be able to extract the icon file from the exe (only highest resolution needed)
