Buttom clicking program (10-30 USD)

Hello, I am requesting someone to make/develop a program that will achieve its purpose in its exact time. The purpose of the program is to grab minecraft account names. I can fill out account information myself so the bot mostly has to press a button in its exact mili-second. The account names go out in a time of 12:43:32 for example so the grabber must work at the exact time to beat competition. In the end the program mostly needs to press a button at the exact time. (Made new post last post(s) were in the wrong currency.
