Dynamic stochastic entries

I want to toggle on input the shorts and longs and the ideal setup on the indicator. Currently I have a don't buy or sell in 40% of the oscillator from 0-20 & 80-100. Two parameters I want to toggle:

for buying, I want to buy from 0-70 on the oscillator. Any more than that and I've missed out on the majority of the move.

for selling/shorting, I want to short from 100-30 on the oscillator. Any less than that and I've missed out on the move.

I've come to the realization I'm missing my preferred setups and am taking almost bad late moves. I hope this made sense. I want to be able to toggle the input to maximize profit as well. Values above 70 are considered overbought. Values below 30 are considered oversold.
