Block or redirect any HTTP and HTTPS request in windows

Hi I need a windows application + full source code that can block and redirect any HTTP and HTTPS request 1- in application source code , I have 4 array or list that I can change IP_blocked,Keyword_blocked IP_redirect,Keyword_redirect I want my windows application block any HTTP and HTTPS request from any software running in windows (browsers,firewalls,anti-virus,any software and services) that request's URL contain Keyword_blocked or request's target ip is IP_blocked for example , when in source code I put google or [login to view URL] in Keyword_blocked , and a software request [login to view URL] . [login to view URL] , I want it blocked OR when I put [login to view URL] IP (freelancer.com 's IP address) in IP_blocked list , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] [login to view URL] http://freelancer.com/path [login to view URL] (same ip) must be blocked IP_redirect,Keyword_redirect is same with IP_blocked,Keyword_blocked and difference is I want redirecting instead of blocking In source code we must have redirect_target variable , I set this variable like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]%requested_url% and any HTTP or HTTPS request from any software running in windows that contain IP_redirect or Keyword_redirect must be redirect to redirect_target for example if I put yahoo in Keyword_redirect and application detect [login to view URL] I want request redirect to redirect_target when %requested_url% replaced with [login to view URL] and finally request redirect to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] in redirection I want keep all original request headers , POSTs , GETs and user agent , one custom header must add to request this custom header must contain unique id for installed application , assume my windows application that block and redirect any HTTP and HTTPS request installed in 10 PC ,I want this custom header let my server script know which PC redirect request , this header can be unique random number for each installed application or MAC address or Hardware id or etc , just it must be unique and fixed for each installed application I want source software that send HTTP or HTTPS request see redirect_target output after redirection 2- the GUI at least contain 2 button , Start and stop , start button enable block and redirect function , and stop button disable it , when application opened start button automatically clicked and block and redirect function will enabled 3- I want my application run automatically at startup 4- It is important for me , application must be compatible with XP/2003/Vista/2008/Windows 7/Windows 8 5- this application don't block , modify or redirect other requests ( HTTP or HTTPS request that don't contain IP_blocked,Keyword_blocked,IP_redirect,Keyword_redirect or other protocols ) 6- I need full Source Code of project , because I want change IP_blocked,Keyword_blocked,IP_redirect,Keyword_redirect, redirect_target and modify GUI and add logo , button and etc
