C# task manager reporting agent

I need a service that is installed via a installer and runs in the system tray. This application will continuously upload usage stats(basically every thing in task manager) to a centeral server which logs usage/ performance/ load etc. The agent should allow you to enter the IP of the central server and the frequency updates are sent at.
