Decompile Ninjatrader indicator and strategy

I have Ninjatrader indicator file and it is complied and protected. I need to decompile it, unprotect it, remove the dll, and want the source code so I can make my own modifcations to it. If you have a lot of experience with this please provide a description of your specific experience.I want it work 100% as it is in protected mode but should be able to customize when needed.
