asynchronous requests to db and web MVC3 Razor

Hi I'm looking for a guru coder with expertise in MVC3 Razor and C# I need the following doing: 1) Make public List<GetCurrencyCountriesDataFieldsFromDB> GetCurrencyData() an asynchronous requests to the database and cache until 07:10 every morning. 2) Make List<GetCurrencyRatesFromDatabase> GetCurrencyRates() an asynchronous requests to the database and cache until 07:10 every morning 3) Convert public IEnumerable<WeatherForcast> GetWeatherCity(string strWeatherSearch) into a asynchronous web requests 4) Convert public void ParseFrom_xoapweathercom(string loc_id, int days = 5) into a asynchronous web requests 5) Modify code in CalculateExchangeRate to use data from cached GetCurrencyRatesFromDatabase All code and full project is attached, Project is built using VS2010 Pro
