C# to calculate HTML document size by Url

Delivery in asp.net page with a textbox for Url and a postback button. The C# function will take an Url as input parameter. Url will be to ANY page, not just the one which hosts the code. Method should calculate and return width and height of the browser window that would fit the WHOLE content. Should work for major browsers. If needed, you can pass information from client-side, e.g. current browser on the client and such. I will test the method with pages that have scroll-bars - hence document dimensions exceed screen size.
