C# interface for TWAIN image capture

Looking for a front end developer for a preliminary first contract with the possibility of building a regular work relationship. Basic breakdown of task: - User loads up scanner with signed documents. Each document will have a bar code that references an SQL SERVER table record ID. - User executes C# interface for TWAIN image capture app (which you will create). - Your app will start the scanning process, save each scanned image doc within a specified network folder, read the bar code on the doc and insert a record within an SQL SERVER table referencing the scanned image file location, file name, and bar code
