There will be 6 forms to do: 1) In first form we handle users of program. Each user belongs to group. Each group has user rights (what he can do - delete, update, view) Each user has his data (name, surname, department, phone, ...). Data are stored in MS SQL tables. 2) I will provide forms design UI and description as we reach milestone. All data is saved to database from this forms using Entity Framework 6.1. In Main form we just display data. We should use LINQ for data. I would like to split Solution into 1. Presentation Layer (UI layer) 2. Class Library 3. Database Layer This way any later changes will be easier to add. Visual Studio 2015 C# or 2013 version, SQL Server 2016 or previous version (probably its not needed to have last version) Database: use of Entity Framework latest and LINQ to Entities I will describe each form into every detail. Since project starts from beginning I would like to use best practices. 1. Follow Naming conventions (I can help with) and 2. Single-responsiblity principle. A method should have only one task. 3. Refactor code (it would be good to use Resharper if you have it) Project is ongoing and will have much more forms to do.

Imali smo iskustva u razvoju aplikacija u svim tehnologijama koje trazite, npr EF, LINQ, MS SQL Server itd i sve to naravno u Viusal Studiu 2013/2015 i starijim verzijama. U ovom kontekstu, da li zelite desktop ili web aplikaciju? Takodje nema problema sa podelom koda projekta u module i slojeve, kao i pracenja standarda kodiranja (npr smislenog imenovanja promenljivih i funkcija itd). Finalnu ponudu u smislu cene i vremena mozemo dati tek kada saznamo kompletnu specifikaciju, ali ne bi trebalo biti vecih odstupanja od sadasnje. Na osnovu detaljnijeg opisa vasih zahteva takodje mozemo napraviti demo aplikaciju (ili npr jednu vasu formu) radi demonstracije, pre nego sto nam dodelite projekat. I find couple of missing things in your description 1 - Is the bid expected only for the First set of forms where the User/Groups/Rights are maintained OR Is the bid expected for a combine of 6 forms whose details are yet to be revealed? 2 - Are you looking after a Web Application or a Windows Application. Stuffs related to LINQ, EF, SQL Server, etc are described but no indication is made whether this is a web or windows application. As you understand, since the entire set of requirements are not mentioned, it would be not possible to draw milestones at this stage which is acceptable to both of us. But I understand the technical expectations from your description. Can you please share further description on the project (what it is supposed to do) as well as the details on the forms and finally your expectations. Please feel free to ask anything that you might want to know from me at this stage. Once the requirements are clear, we can draw milestones properly and I'll give you the estimated cost/timelines for the project. Please note that the current bid is just a rough number. Hi, Good Day, It looks quite good that someone has talked about real programming with best practices and design patterns like SRP. I'm expert in C# and I never work without ReSharper, I have that installed :). So I have quite great experience with EF, MS SQL and the ntier or you can say 3 tier architecture. I'm lover od DDD(domain driven design) and other patterns like TDD, Repository, Factory etc etc. I follow industry standard coding conventions and don't create mess in a single class I just follow SRP.
