CAD drawing of electronics plastic enclosure

Looking for a CAD drawing of a electronic plastic enclosure (housing). Approximate size is 4" by 2.5" by 1.75". Housing will have PCB board inside plus a battery pack. Housing will have some type of design feature where a strap can go through and securely hold housing in place. Very important feature required. Needs to be completely sealed. There will be no openings on the outside of the housing for lights or button, etc. Opening for housing to be on the length side so that the PCB/battery pack unit can slide in.
