Assignment 8 hours oly

The assignment is pretty simple tasks of what you are going to do is provided in the attachment file named as programming assignment. There is a pdf file to help with what is gonna be in the code. So everything is straight forward. I need this to be done in 8 hours. iT is only 500 line of code and you are given most of it in the pdf named as help. I do not need someone who plays tricks and cannot do it. I want someone knows what to do. I am offering 40 us dollar for the project but if I like your job I will give extra 40. Thanks
