Build a online ordering website GAC (modern, responsive, mobile friendly)

To develop a mobile friendly website that would allow users to order products, and vendors to offer products. The products would be ordered daily, and integration with a payment gateway and a display of Google maps would also be required. We need an experienced development team with expertise [login to view URL] and Microsoft SQL Server and AWS. Our timeframes are very tight, and we expect the development team to be fully committed for the duration of the project. This is not to be a side project for the developers.
