CSS Fix - for Proloy

- This job specifically for Proloy. Others please don't bid. Thanks. The home page is correct in Firefox (3), so if you look at it in Firefox, you'll see what it should look like. Here are the problems in Internet Explorer: - IE6 and IE7: Background image shows at the top of the splashboxes div. - IE6 and IE7: Bottom cut off at bottom of the 'butt' div. - IE6 and IE7 and IE8: Bottom cut off at bottom of the 'splashboxes' div. - IE6: several divs shift right/left.
