Change Comment/Rating System For Classifieds Site

Hello,
This project is to customize our current rating/comment feature for our classifieds website. There is currently a voting feature and also a questions feature that is working on the site. We need these changed to be a rating/comment feature. you can view the items at: [login to view URL]
Our website uses the GeoCore classifieds system found at [login to view URL]
Below are the 3 customizations we need to our current features:
1. Change the current voting scripting to be a rating feature for each classified listing. Must be a 5 star rating. The total rating should be displayed on the listing page. Example: 4.5 Out Of 5 stars. All visitors can vote 1 time per listing without having to be registered/logged in.
2. The questions feature we currently have needs to be changed and allow users to ask a question/comment on the listing page WITHOUT registering/logging in. the way it is currently setup is the user asks a question, and the listing owner receives the message in their account and can reply back. It is important that the listing owner can still be notified when there is a comment/question posted to the listing and be able to reply.
3. The site needs to be able to have a sort/filter option for search results based on the ratings. Example: on the homepage, you can "sort" ALL listings from "High to Low" ratings or "Low to High" In a specific category, a visitor can "sort" listings "High to Low" for items in that specific category only. Currently there is a sort option on our site for only the "title" of the listings after a search.
These features should be automatic everytime a new listing is posted on our website.
