I have a quantity (50 litres) of food grade Caprylic Acid, which I want to convert to food grade Caprylic Acid Triglyceride. I have no access to sophisticated laboratory or industrial equipment. I can obtain glycerine. I require a relatively simple schema to do this transformation, even if it means processing small quantities at any one time. Use of solvents or chemical catalysts may not be appropriate, as the resulting triglyceride must be human edible. I am familiar with what is on Google, and do not require someone to tell me something I already know.

Dear Sir or Madam, I have PhD in organic chemistry. I was running R&D lab in household chemistry and cosmetics for over a year. Later I was working as team leader in medicinal chemistry lab. Currently I work as freelancer providing articles, reviews and know-how from the fields like biology, chemistry and medicine. I have 8 years of experience at University, 3 years in private R&D labs followed by 4 years of freelancing as a consultant. The reaction you need to run is pretty basic. I will find the best solution that will minimize the amount of solvents and catalysts. Please note that the presence of some acid (in example acetic acid, vinegar) will be required.
