Hi To put a price on this is very hard with the information. It depends very much on how many samples you need, If you want a product that already exist and so on. I did have a shop for cosmetic before but have sold it but have the contacts left. First of all, I will define a team for process, design to Marketing and Consumer-Company relationship. Second, I will outline the feedback mechanism.
