Clone all functionalities of fatwallet.com - RUSH NEEDED

I want a clone to ebates, or fatwallet. The principle behind it is that I get people to shop through my affiliate link to hundreds of stores, then I receive a commission from the store (Bestbuy, target, etc.). I then pay the person back a portion of my comission as an incentive to shop at my site. I would want to major things from this script, automatic crediting through sub affiliates with the following publishers commission Junction, Performics, and Linkshare. This would be through the sub-id tracking. Second, I would want fraud prevention, such as IP logging, where I would be notified if there is a duplicate IP. Duplicate emails or addresses. I would also want a referral commission ability. Ability for users to choose between payments of check, paypal, or supercertificate.
