Clone for GAF

I need a clone of getafreelancer(GAF) which is ready to be installed using PHP/MySQL.

The clone should be preferably made using WordPress CMS.

The layout should include banner at top, left navigation bar, footer

and main content area in the centre.

The script should have all the features currently at GAF including Paypal payment option, escrow, buyer and seller rating etc.
