Build rating tool for iPad

Looking for a developer to build a rating tool for iPad

The concept is as follow:

One half circle split into 5 sections: Awesome, Pretty cool, It's ok, Boring, It stinks.

On top of each category it shows stars (awesome = 5 stars, Pretty cool = 4 stars, It's ok = 3 stars...).

By default, stars are lit up on and remain on when they are to the left of the pointer. Stars to the right of the pointer are ‘off’ and corresponding color areas lighter.

The goal is to allow the user to choose a category by moving a pointer onto the section of his choice.

By default, pointer is set to ‘It’s OK’, center. When the pointer moves, two types of sounds are played:

Sound 1 plays when pointer stays on a category for more than 2 seconds

Sound 2 plays while the user is moving the pointer: when pointer changes category AND each time the pointer is at the center of a section.

A red cross at the top right of the screen should be inserted to close the game.

All graphic assets will be provided
