I want to win a contest in a local newspaper. So far there have only been 150 votes. The site tracks IP addresses and I cannot get the poll to come up when I use a proxy server.
The reason I want to win is: it is an editorial cartoon caption contest. The cartoon is about a bunch of Ultra-conservative gun nuts who carry their guns openly (not concealed). They hold their meetings at my local Starbucks (staff hates this). I want to win for the staff and get the signed cartoon framed and hung up in the coffee shop.
