Contractor agreement (Spanish)

I need a contract in Spanish that covers the following; - Contract to deliver a website - Includes the following provisions; 5 hours consultation 75 hours design + build 15 hours email, payment and catalog setup 10 hours QA testing 5 hours approval tweaks Domain registration to be paid by the client ($11 USD) Monthly subscription to Shopify to be paid by the client ($29USD/mo) Monthly subscription to Google apps to be paid by client ($5/mo) Delivery: 28 days Total Cost $ 50% paid upon agreement. 50% upon completion. Usual terms, no transfer of passwords etc. until payment is received in full for the balance. Also standard terms for being able to rescind the agreement if the work is not performed or the client isn't responding etc. Jurisdiction is Mexico. Please submit a proposal and include your legal skills etc. This is for Latin America Spanish.
