Conversion to a Wordpress Theme

Check out this site: [login to view URL] I want to conver this to a wordpress theme. 1) I need the navigation to be dynamic not like the imiages I have created but I want the bar seperating the links. 2) Footer Navigation should also be dynamic and automatically updated when main nav is updated. 3) Main Page have a larger graphic on it 4) Sub pages should have a smaller graphic below the logo header 5) Header where the logo is should be an image 6) One of the navigation items should be a Blog where all blog postings will reside. The rest of the links are to serepate pages. I have the psd files and will forward them if needed. Let me know what this will cost. Thanks -Andrey
