Artice Writing - Long Term Project - 2 Article per week

I am a Property Advertiser whose customers range from individual home owners, real-estate agents and Builders and need someone to write articles for seo, as well as marketing letters to clients. Please only bid if you have prior experience in this field. Exceptional quality is what I am looking for. If you are interested message me back this is an ongoing job. I need informative article writing which will be of 300-400 words. You need to write something unique and informative. So that people will be interested to read your article. I don't need an average article I need 100% unique content which will attract people to read and leave a comment. Must be fluent in verbal and written I will pay $3 for each 400 Words Article. And before I award you the project you have give me a sample article of 400 words for which I will pay as well but $2 if your article is good enough then I will hire you and you will get permanent work. It’s an offer for long term if you can handle. Cause I have many clients and I need lots of articles. Only reviewed and experienced writers please. No time wasters. I need over one to two article per week for the next 1-2 years.
