business partners need

I have a employee at Kolkata in India and he does not have paypal account. So Here I am describing the business ........... I will pass money in your paypal and you have to send money to his account from your account and you should have state bank of india account. Suppose I send you $20 in your paypal and suppose current $ value is 45 then it is 900 rupees and you can send only 800 rupees in his account because you can fix the $value as 40 rupees. That is how you have to work and there also profits for you because I taking only $1=40/- rupees from you not more than it but I want the transaction should be done instantly. Thanks
