Data Entry - Copy-Paste From Word Into Our Website

I have a Microsoft Word document that contains 10,000 multiple choice questions. These are questions in which there are several answers to choose from. The 10,000 questions are categorised into a number of different categories. The categories are based on the topic that the questions are based on. I need help in moving these questions into my WordPress-based website. There are two tasks involved: A. Create a "Quiz" which is like a category holder. e.g. create a quiz based on the topic of the human brain. This information is available from the Word document and to complete this step you need to fill in the form that can be seen in the attached image named "Step 1" B. Each "Quiz" (created above) contains many individual questions. When you have created the quiz, now you have to attach questions to it. This task is completed by completing the form in the attached image named "Step 2" Can you complete this task for me? It is simple but is a large volume of data entry that is basically copy and pasting from Ms Word into WordPress. I need 100% accurate and efficient work.
