Content of e-learning course - business English

I need a set of 10 units of an e-learning course entitled "Bussiness English" (delivered as a Word document). This course is intended for people knowing English at an intermediate level. These people are economists who want to increase their knowledge of English. This course has to contain vocabulary from general issues connected with economics.
An example of a proper unit can be found in an attachement. As you can see there is a number of texts and exercises. The size of a single unit (out of 10) is meant to be approximately the size of the attached unit.
For such course (10 units) I can pay up to 300 USD. I think it is possible to prepare such course in about 3 weeks.
