hi, my name is David Warne. I own a large catering company in Sydney Australia. I want you to create a Free report that people will want to download from my websites. This is called 'educational based marketing' and is something i have been learning from studying Chet Holmes and anthony Robins and there are plenty out there with more information. you will need to know what a ' core story ' is and how to communicate this core story . We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building systems and produres and a commercial kitchen to guarantee quality food every time. ( Please see my attachments ) I have all the proper licences and facilities to deliver outstanding food to my customers. Unfortunately , my competition do not have these facilities or endorsements ( including gold licence ). These 'backyard' operators are delivering very poor quality food that can and has put people in hospital. Because they do not have the facilities, experience or licence required they can offer food at a cheaper price. Our job here is to 'educate my potential customers' so they want to buy from us and not the backyard operators. The government is trying to crack down on these people but it has been very slow and people are still getting very very bad food and service. I feel very strongly about this and the first attachment is the copy of a short introduction video that i want to create to go along with the free report . The second attachment is the copy of a landing page that i want to create specially for an adwords campaign into the future. Your job is to research and write the free report . Something that customers are going to find very very interesting because if they do not follow my advice there is every chance that they or their family or friends will end up in hospital! for the customer to see us the authority in the catering industry and to trust us ( build relationships)
to catch as many email adresses of potential customers as possible ( your ideas on headings wanted )

you must try to appeal to the customers emotions and make it very real - choosing the right catering company is very important.
I have outlined the five main factors that people should be aware of in the attachments and these need to be expanded. report should be 2 to 4 pages at the most.
Remember ...VERY IMPORTANT ...this report is not about selling at all. It is about 'educating' our potential customers. When they have read your free report and then land on our websites they will be in a state of mind to notice our unique selling propositions and call us !
