Build Adsense Site Earning $5+ per day

I am looking for someone to create a website than will earn $5+ per day with Adsense. I will register the domain and setup hosting and then give you the login information to setup the website. Here are the recommended steps for creating the site: 1. Do the research to find a domain targeting a specific keyword. The topic cannot violate Google Adsense Terms & Conditions. Research additional related keywords to target. 2. Write at least 10 unique articles that are fully search engine optimized for the researched keywords. 3. Setup the website with WordPress, publish the articles, perform all on-site SEO. 4. Build backlinks using white-hat methods. 5. If necessary, add additional unique articles and continue building backlinks. All traffic must be organic, meaning that traffic should come from search engines or directly from the backlinks that you create. Everything must comply with Google Adsense Terms & Conditions. If my account gets banned, then you will not be paid. I will create a Google Analytics profile for the website and give you access to the report so that you can track earnings. I will not release the payment until the website has shown consistent earnings of $5 or more per day for one month, meaning that the site earns more than $150 for the month. If you are able to accomplish this, then I will hire you to create additional sites and to further increase the revenue of the same site by adding more content and building additional backlinks.
