Audio Transcription - 1 hour approx.(repost)

I took a project and have had a very serious family emergency come up and do not have time to do it. I am definitely going to lose money by paying someone else but it will be worth keeping my reputation here.? I plan to continue using RAC for projects when I have the time to do so but right now is bad for me.? The buyer has went through many coders already and I do not wish to let him down again.? For my own reputation, as well as his hassle and troubles. I am willing to pay for quality transcription services but within reason.? It will save me a bad rating, him the hassle of finding a? new coder, and hopefully time in the long run. The file is exactly 100 minutes 26 seconds.? That is equivilent to 1 hour, 40 minutes, 26 seconds.? You DO NOT start until the 5 minute mark of the video.? There is about a half hour in the middle where there is a drawing and such which also gets SKIPPED.? Therefore, there is about 1 hour and 15 minutes (at most) that truly needs transcribed. I have started and will give you a basis to work from.? It is only about two minutes but it is a start.? There is a program that I downloaded to assist in the process.? It has a text box on the program, hotkeys to start/stop/rewind/fast-forward the audio and even lets you slow down the speed of the audio.? It proved helpful to me.? It is called Express Scribe - Google does wonders - it should be easy to find. Please post your bid and be sure that you can meet my deadline? - if you miss it by 10 seconds; you will be put into arbitration.? Sorry but it is VERY time sensitive. Attached you will find the file to be transcribed and? the portion in which I have done (with timestamps).? Please review before bidding.? All serious bidders would have read this entire description and must put the exact phrase of "Transcription is a breeze." at the beginning of their bid to be considered.? It waves off the people who are too lazy to complete this task.
