Book Rewrite / Editing Trial

We are writing a small book that introduces our business model to others who want to be self-employed in a home-based, cooking business. We have the book nearly done and now want someone to rewrite & edit the book to make it professional quality. I also want someone who knows the standards of book formatting, and will make sure that our book meets those standards. This is a trial GAF project that includes only a portion of the book. This trial project is a rewrite and edit of the Table of Contents, Forward, and Introduction to our book. This portion is currently less than 1,500 words. If you can substantially improve our work, then we will get a bid for the whole book which is about 15,000 woods. We are hoping for a very quick turn around on this trial project. Three Days Max. We prefer someone with experience self-publishing with a service such as lulu.com. We will eventually want our book formatted to be printed by this service or something similar. This book is for an American audience, and bidders must be very familiar with American word and culture. The book will be provided in Word format, and we want it back in Word format. We are currently using Wood 2007, please let us know if you need it saved in an earlier version. This is a very small trial project, and bids should reflect that. We are expecting that this will cost less than $15.
