Copywriter with fitness experience

We are putting together a fitness guide ebook and we need a writer to put this together. The job will be roughly divided into two parts: #1. Branding/marketing/storytelling We need to define the name of the product itself and generate the tone of voice and language we use to market the guide. This will be done following a workshop with our team, that you will need to be part of and help drive. Then present back to us ideas and development. Once confirmed, we need to write the brand level copy to market the product online so we can proceed with the website build and relative comms. There may be elements of storytelling involved to create a brand story/angle, but this will come from the workshop. #2. Product You will be working with a fitness instructor to produce the ‘exercise’ parts, and potentially a nutritionist if we want to include this category. The rest of the book you will need to produce yourself (intro, some storytelling, pull out quotes etc.) - the team will be able to give you direction here, but I’m looking for someone who’ll be able to interpret and drive the project quite independently. The timeframe is quite short - finished branding/website comms by September 15th and finished guide by mid October. We require you to be in our office in Chinatown occasionally for workshops etc. and when you’re submitting work - it’s more productive talking face to face regarding feedback than spending too long on email/skype. Paying by hourly rate rather than project basis. Rate to be determined dependant on experience.
