Company presentation in Scribus from an existing text

We are looking for a skilled specialist that helps us preparing an attractive company presentation.
We want the work prepared in Scribus, so don't read further if you don't have the needed skills.
Your activity:
- read a marketing-oriented text that describes what we do. This is exactly the text that you will convert into a presentation
- understand something of it. You don't need to be a technician, but after reading the text you should at least grab the key concepts.
- visit our company site www dot mdctechnology dot net, and also read the current company profile.
Your work must be coherent with our current company image - for example, we use blue, white and orange and you should stick to this set as well.
- prepare a presentation for Scribus, with the text fancily formatted and completed with images that stress the concepts - if/when you think they are needed.
Note that the text contains some sentences in ALL CAPS. They are sort of keywords, and must be put in evidence somehow. What I have in mind is:
- an image (if needed) that catch the customer attention
- 2/3 big sentences that expresses the concept in short
- a longer text that expresses the same concept in-depth
Again, the work must be coherent with our current company image. But you ought to be creative. I DON'T want a copy of our current profile with a different text. I can do it without paying someone.
That's all. The presentation is 9-10 pages long.
If you need to purchase an image, let me know and I will evaluate. In the presentation you can put a placeholder with lower resolution image. We will adjust the presentation at the end.
