Create a simple wireframe for Home Page

We have email from client with websites he likes and does not like. Create a simple wireframe for Home Page to be given to client for approval, before going to mockup. If we like our freelancer, we will want them to then do the mockup also. Please let us know cost of the wireframe + mockup if you are interested in both, and please send me some of your wireframe examples. We have a lot more of these projects in designing websites and so want to find someone to work with on an ongoing basis.
