Data Entry for real estate appraiser

I am looking for a data entry person to be available 1 hour per day. Mostly afternoons or evenings pacific time, however the hours are flexible. I will need someone who has good typing skills, is familiar with database entry, has a high speed internet connection, is using Windows 7, able to install specific windows based software (free) and is a quick learner. As this is sensitive information, I will require references and an NDA agreement. This is a long term hourly opportunity,
