Clean up blogs

Here is our challenge. On our social network we opened up our membership for a time and spammers auto blasted our blog function. The result is that we have 20,000 profiles with too many blogs many of which are spam and other things which negatively affect us with Google such as cloaking. On the other hand most of these blogs are composed of high quality content and meaningful outward links. Here is the task in hand: 1. We will provide a spreadsheet with the 20,000 profile names 2. You will login as each profile individually and look at the blog. If it contains non meaningful content or cloaked words and links you will mark the profile for deletion which will delete the blog completely. 3. If the content is good you will edit the blog and insert some of our high value keywords in it in. (In this way we will get authority value out of this content) I estimate that this job will take you 1 minute per profile which means this is about 300 hours of work. I want prices for the whole task.
