This is a simple data entry/data conversion project. There will be data in the scanned pages which you need to enter/input the same to MS word. We expect 100% accuracy on the same. You have to take at least 500 pages in the demo slot and billing will be given to you only if you complete 500 pages otherwise bill not be paid.
The data content in the pages will be related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Commerce, English comprehension. Sample page has been attached for your reference.

1. Scope of Work: The Freelancer will diligently carry out Scanned images of *.jpeg/PDF etc to MS word file format. Freelancer will get *.jpg/ *.tiff/ *.PDF on a regular basis only after success full completion of 100 scanned pages.
The Freelancer should submit the converted data, which has been tested for readability and has undergone the entire quality process and accuracy levels, in accordance to the instructions as supplied.
2. Payment: The payment will be for 500 pages. You have to take at least 500 pages in a slot for demo work. The billing will be given to you only if you complete 500 pages otherwise bill will not be paid. The maximum amount will be 1 INR per conversion/data entry including commission. Lessthan this will get the project.
3. Accuracy: We provide the feed back within 10 working days for all data and on completion of quality check shall issue a quality certificate. Both parties agree to assure highest quality of end service. Following cycle for accuracy will be followed.
>95 to 100% -full payment
90 to 95% - Data will be send back to Freelancer for rework

Calculation Example: If you make 10 Spelling errors in overall project then your accuracy will be 100.0% - 0.5% = 99.5 % as per the accuracy mentioned above. Less than 90% accuracy in demo work will result in the Complete Rejection of the work.
The bidder should tell the bid per page in the description of your bid other wise your bid will not be considered
