Data migration MW to database

We have approx 40 word documents with text that we require to be entered into our database.
Each document has approx 80 separate tables with the information required needing to be separated into different fields in the database.
The text can be copied and pasted.
The text required is personal information that needs to be treated with the utmost security and a non-disclosure agreement will need to be signed in order to complete this work.
We will provide access to the required database and send through the word documents.
