I have been working in a call center industry for 10 years now. My current position is a Product and Foundation Skills Trainer.
My skills:
• Managing the delivery of onsite and online training services.
• Work with QA, Operations Manager, Team Coaches to monitor the success and quality of
training delivery
• Train trainers to assist in delivery of ongoing training programs
• Deliver product training to both internal and external customers as needed
• Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
• Maintain up-to-date resources for both internal and external customers
• Ability to develop and maintain certification/assessment test questions to support agent’s certification
programs for both employees and customers.
