Im trying to use file maker Bento or apple Numbers to create a shopping list

I would like to have the items under this categories

1. picture

2. item

3. brand

4. price

5. Quantity

6. Notes

I would like to have a template that i can choose the item (Maybe from scroll down menu)

and have all the right fields correspond.

I need a final view that can be printed on a single page with all the info and the picture of the item

my goal is to try to use it on apple ipad

This is an easy project for me,it's no need to use Filemaker Bento,a numbers is enough to do [login to view URL] numbers template that is made in a Mac also works well on an ipad.
