Contact databases from public domain information

I need a freelancer to create a number of contact databases in excel from information available on the Internet. I need all contact details, most importantly mailing and email addresses. Any other background information is also needed. I am looking for contacts relating to science, technology and business. If in your research you find any other contacts you think would be useful (eg within the universities, or councils) please include them in the list. 1. All UK MPs: [login to view URL] The database must contain contact details alongside biography/history of employment. 2. All members of the House of Lords: [login to view URL] .The database must contain contact details alongside biography/history of employment. 3. IFM: [login to view URL] - postal addresses don't seem to be available but a little digging should give results. 4. UK and Ireland Council Leaders. List available here [login to view URL] .The database must contain their title, region, and contact details including address and email addresses. Any other councillors would also be useful. 5. Top contacts at the top 100 UK universities. List here [login to view URL] .I need to know who the deans of the universities, their contact details including addresses and email addresses. The only way I can see to find this information is by searching on the individual websites. Any other contacts of interest discovered should also be added to the database. (science, technology, innovation, business development). A 15% bonus is available for freelancers who go the extra mile and add additional contacts and information where discovered.
