AIA Contracts Preparation

We are a 12 person Project Management firm offering Owner's Representation and management of design and construction projects in retail, hospitality and residential markets across the country. We subscribe to the AIA contract document software and we have our own contract and RFP templates developed over 15 years in business. We need a responsive detail oriented freelance contractor to work with our project managers to prepare, proofread and issue Requests for Proposal and contracts and agreements for architectural, consulting and construction services that we purchase on behalf of our clients. The work comes and goes. Sometimes we may have several projects starting at once. Other times we may have no need for help for several weeks. Ideally, we will develop a rapport with someone who becomes familiar with the templates we use and can generate complete accurate contracts based on the details we provide. Although a legal or construction background would help, this assignment is mostly about word processong skill, the ability to write well, attention to detail, and thorough proofreading.
