Data collection of towns and counties in Scotland and Northern Ireland

I need a spreadsheet of all current towns (not villages) in Scotland listed against their relevant county. I need the same for Northern Ireland in the UK (not Ireland). BEWARE - Wikipedia has different information on different searches and a lot of counties have been merged or renamed over the years.
