What I need or require:
I need a person who is located in UAE who can answer the customers calls and collect the requirements through a questionnaire, document it and maintain the relation by providing answers and convince them to convert.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
- The business is about providing a website design, SEO, SEM services, it is new company
- Work will be part time as required
- Phone and sim card will be provided by us.
Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
- IT knowledge/ Certifications (preferable)
- General management skills
- Strong communication skills
- English speaking (Arabic speaking will be additional strong factor)
- Able to respond to the calls most of the time, and recall the missed calls
- Sales and marketing experience
- Call center experience
