Broker Price Opinion Data Entry For Real Estate

I am looking for providers that are EXPERIENCED doing Real Estate BPO's (BROKER PRICE OPINIONS) Willing and able to complete up to 5 Broker Price Opinions a day for numerous clients. Asking for those that have experience in completing BPO's. By contract I want someone to complete Broker Price Opinions, including: fill in 3 actives, 3 solds, insert pictures (which will be provided by myself or my office) and submit final report with comments. Must also handle quality control issues and corrections if needed… MLS experience IS required. Must be able to work on weekends and during my time zone. When responding please do the following: Indicate your experience Give names of the BPO companies you have worked for Indicate if you have additional personnel that may assist you, if workload increases. Bid for 1 BPO Assignment-What is your price for each BPO you do? Typical time to complete an assigned BPO is 48 hours. Please also bid on Rush Orders (due within 24 hours).
