Data Entry: copy / type to Excel Spreadsheet

Copy text from PDF file (complete file attached) to the Excel spreadsheet (attached) 1. Select rows in pdf file that have hand marked circles around letter number or symbol. For each selection make a new row in the spredsheet, 2. For each row enter the pdf page number, text from the hazard column, and text from the corrective action column. Only 2 colums of text as indicated on the first page of the pdf. The attached excel spreadsheet has the first page completed as an example. You will follow the pattern for all pages. The PDF file is 15MB, has 131 pages with at least one item per page.
