Billing Data Entry Specialist handles simple to moderately complex processing of payments that are submitted online through various portals and then processed on the back-end based on rules and workflow.
Payment types include action based through user submissions as well as scheduled through automated bill payment.
Primary duties include providing a high level of client service, maintaining high quality work standards, meeting productivity goals, timely review of audit documents and ensuring all regulatory and bank security, policy and procedures are followed (i.e. protecting account information, etc.).
